Chat Related Offences
Punishment Tiers: Warn → 2nd Warn → 3rd Warn → 15 Minute Mute → 30 Minute Mute → 1hr Mute → 6hr Mute → 12hr Mute → 24hr Mute → Permanent Mute
Offence	Description	Example
Spam	This refers to any of the following types of spam: Chat Spam: Sending 3 or more similar or dissimilar messages in a row Symbol Spam: Sending a message with multiple (5x or more) of the same symbols - this includes emojis Caps Spam: Refer to Chat Spam	Hi Alex (3x of these or more) Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Filter Bypass	Intentionally bypassing the in game chat filter or using inappropriate words or any inappropriate topics within the public chat. Disclaimer: Words such as hell, damn, crap and frick are allowed as they are usually out of the filter, this is also in conjunction with acronyms and smaller words such as wtf & shi.	fck cnt
Inappropriate Topics	Topics such as the ones below are not allowed to be discussed in the public chat: Religion, Politics, Drugs etc.	"Convert to (religion) or you're stupid!" "Who did you vote for in the election? I voted for (a political party)".
Non-English Chat	The public chat and server alike are from an English speaking background, as such any languages other than English are not allowed within the public chat. Note: Allowable use of non-English words are 1 or 2 words such as "que pasa?" and "Hola"	"De que trata este servidor?"
Disrespect	This is any initial or minor disrespect directed at another user, staff member or the server itself in any form. Continued disrespect leads to ("Continued Harassment or Disrespect" - Moderate Offence).	"You are so stupid bro"
Hackusating	Continuously accusing a player or hacking or using hacks without having evidence is not allowed. If you have any substantial evidence, please use the /report function.	(User), is using KA!!!

Minor Offences
Punishment Tiers: Warn → 1d Ban → 3d Ban → 7d Ban → 14d Ban → 30d Ban → Permanent Ban
Offence	Description	Example
Impersonation	Any impersonation of a character including but not limited to: Using /nick to nick yourself into another user including a player, staff member or youtuber	I'm OmegaFreeze00! I'm the owner of the server!
Minor Glitch Abuse	Abusing any sort of glitch that does not classify as gamebreaking is not allowed under any circumstances. If there is a bug you have found, please submit a Bug Report within the Discord, or report the bug to an online staff member.
Kill Boosting	You cannot use your alts, friends or family's accounts to boost your kill stats.
Nickname Abuse	You cannot nickname yourself to something inappropriate or something that would break rules.	/nick MythicalPVPIsAShitServer
Command Misuse	The misuse of any command outside of its original purpose is not allowed and will result in a punishment.	Spamming /report constantly with no valid proof
In Game Scamming	Scamming any user of their in game items, money or coins will result in a punishment.
Inventory Flooding	Deliberately flooding a user's inventory with any items without their consent is not allowed.	Throwing wooden shovels into a user's inventory
Rule Breaking Encouragement	Encouraging the server, or any other player to break rules will result in a punishment.	"Guys lets all spam our favourite food!"

Moderate Offences
Punishment Tiers: 3d Ban → 7d Ban → 30d Ban → Permanent Ban
Offence	Description	Example
Continued Harassment or Disrespect	If Harassment or Disrespect is continued at the same player or in a general sense after being told to stop, a moderate infraction is issued.
Toxicity	If a user is seen to continuously break rules, test staff limits or be a nuisance on the server, they will be punished accordingly.
Ignoring Staff	Using /ignore for a staff member is now allowed and will result in a punishment.
Account Sharing	Sharing an account with the intent to grind, share items or any other items that you may gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Note that alts are primarily only used for AFK reasons only.
Use of Disallowed Modifications	Using a modification that is on the "Disallowed Modifications" list is not allowed and will result in a moderate infraction.
In Game Scamming	Scamming a user of their items, dollars or coins will result in a moderate infraction.
Alt Abuse	The maximum amount of alts you can have on the server is 3 alts, so 4 accounts including your main account. Breaches of this number and/or exploiting your alts can lead to punishments beyond this tier depending on severity.

Major Offences
Punishment Tiers: 30d Ban → Permanent Ban
Offence	Description	Example
Major Toxicity	Any continued form of extreme harassment or toxic behaviours towards an individual or group is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: Any 18+ or inappropriate comments directed at someone or any sort of vulgar commentary directed at someone or a group.
Threats	Any threats directed at a user are not allowed and can include: Technical Threats (DDoS or Doxxing Threats) Any other miscellaneous threats to an individual or group.
IRL Scamming & Deals	Any scamming that involves IRL money or money outside of the server economy is prohibited. This also includes using IRL money or money outside of the server economy to do deals. Note that only gift cards obtained on MythicalPVP or any in game currency are allowed to be used in deals.
Extreme Harassment	Any form of sexual remarks or harassment is not tolerated.
Autoclicking (PvP)	Any sort of autoclicker use is not allowed on the server. Autoclicking forms include: Rebinding your left click to any other button on your keyboard. Drag Clicking Installing and using a third party autoclicker.
Disallowed Macros or Scripts	Any macros such as keybinds that output a timed message to gain an advantage are not allowed, additionally the use of any scripts is not allowed to automate anything.
Use of a Hacked Client	The use of a client outside the "List of Allowed Clients" or a known Hacked Client is not allowed.

Extreme Offences
Punishment Tiers: Permanent Ban
Offence	Description	Example
Racism and Discrimination	Any form of racism and discrimination is not tolerated at all on MythicalPVP.
Major Bug/Glitch Abuse	Any abuse of a major bug or glitch that has any serious implications on the server (anything that drastically changes the economy, or the server itself) is not allowed and will be dealt with accordingly.
Advertising	Advertising or directly promoting another server such as putting its IP in chat is not allowed.
Botting	Using a bot or bots to simultaneously infiltrate the server is prohibited.
Leaking Personal Information	Disclosing any personal information, consent or not, is not allowed on the server for the safety of the community. This includes but is not limited to: Names, Social Media Links, Addresses etc.
Duplication Glitches	Any glitches or exploits used to duplicate items is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Miscellaneous Links	Pasting any IP grabbers, pornographic links or any other harmful links is not allowed in any chat.

Unique Offences
Punishment Tiers: Situational (See Below)
Offence	Description	Punishment
Inappropriate Skins/IGNs	The use of an inappropriate skin or having an inappropriate IGN that may break any of the rules above, is not allowed.	Warn - Kick - Ban
Punishment Evasion	Any sort of punishment evasion is not allowed in the server. This includes: Using signs or books to evade a chat infraction Using an alt to evade a ban or mute The new punishment will be triple the original length. EG: If a user received a 24hr mute and evaded, both the alt and main account will have their punishments reset to 72hrs.
Lag Machines	The use of any sort of lag machines, cobble-monsters etc is not allowed. Depending on the severity, it may result in any length of ban (3 days to Permanent).
